Sunset Cinema, presented by Coca-Cola, will host a screening of “Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse” on Tuesday, June 25, from 6:30 to 10:30 pm MDT at Sculpture Park @ Arts Complex, located at 1400 Curtis St, Denver, CO. This year’s Sunset Cinema is a celebration of animation, showcasing adventures that span the entire genre and offering something for every fan.
In collaboration with Denver Film and Denver Arts & Venues, the event features a lineup of five films, each promising to transport viewers to fantastical lands. The series includes works from renowned directors like Wes Anderson and explores the captivating world of the Spider-Verse, featuring a cast of engaging characters, international intrigue, and superhero escapades.
Attendees are invited to arrive early, as doors open at 6:30 p.m. The event kicks off with a showcase of work from CU Denver’s Digital Animation Center students starting at 7:00 p.m. The film will begin at 7:30 p.m. Prior to the screening, guests can enjoy themed photo booth experiences, lawn games, and a variety of food trucks and cinema snacks available for purchase.
While all events are free, registration is requested to help organizers estimate attendance. Seating is limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. Guests who arrive before 7 p.m. have a chance to win a VIP seat upgrade and prize pack from Coca-Cola.
