Schwinn October Birthday Bike Giveaway
The Schwinn October Birthday Bike Giveaway, sponsored by Pacific Cycle Inc, is providing three winners with a chance to win a brand-new mountain bike. The giveaway ends on October 31, 2024, at 11:59 PM Central Time.
Each of the three winners will receive a Schwinn® Altura 2.5 Mountain Bike. The Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) of each bike is $639.99, bringing the total prize value to $1,919.97. Winners will not receive any compensation for the difference between the actual value and the estimated value.
The sponsor will not offer a cash alternative for the prize unless at its sole discretion, and the prize cannot be transferred or substituted. If necessary, the sponsor reserves the right to replace the prize with one of equal or greater value. Winners are responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes on their prizes and will receive an IRS Form 1099 if the prize is valued at $600 or more. Legal documentation and conditions required by the sponsor must be completed before delivery of the prize.
In the event of a lost or stolen prize pack, the sponsor will not be responsible for replacement. All winners are encouraged to consult a tax professional to understand the implications of accepting the prize.
